The Flightplan is an onsite workshop and our answer to the question of how a project can be optimally planned. Often projects are started too fast and without a previous plan. With our flightplan, we offer you a systematically thought out solution to define your project for the entire project cycle. In this workshop at your site, we determine together with you the project scope, the requirements of the project objective or project result. Likewise, the required costs are estimated for the first time at this workshop and theproject budget is determined together with you.

At this event, we also collect the expectations and assumptions of each stakeholder and the end-product user and specify it in project requirements. In the Flightplan we create an understanding of your business processes and adapt the requirements to your needs.

Likewise, the flightplan can be booked separately and independently of the other Projectprocess modules. However, we recommend you to run the Project-Healthcheck in advance in order to reduce the project risks, to get an overview and to evaluate the status and readiness optimally. No matter where the Flightplan is needed - we come to you. Also internationally.
